AIOS24Net allows users to request permanent deletion of their account directly from within the application.

Users may request account deletion directly from the AIOS24Net application by selecting Profile → Delete Account. Once submitted, the request will be reviewed by our administrator and processed within 7 business days.

Data Deleted

When your request is approved, the following data will no longer be accessible :

• Customer account

• Login token

• Access to the AIOS24Net application

Data Retained

For legal, accounting, and operational purposes, we may retain:

• Billing history

• Payment history

• Service records

• Technical logs

These records are retained only as required by applicable regulations and are no longer associated with an active customer account.

Processing Time

Delete requests are reviewed within 7 business days.

What happens when your request is approved?

• Your AIOS24Net account will be permanently deactivated.

• You will no longer be able to sign in to the application.

• Your authentication token will be revoked.

• Customer account

• Login credentials and authentication token

• Access to AIOS24Net services

Data that may be retained

To comply with legal, accounting, and operational requirements, we may retain:

• Billing history

• Payment history

• Service records

• Audit logs
